Mable Fok, an associate professor in the College of Engineering, introduces students to state-of-the-art technologies as well as basic knowledge to lay the foundation for breakthroughs in research. Dr. Fok is the director of the Lightwave and Microwave Photonics Laboratory. Her recent research interest is on microwave photonics devices and systems, hybrid photonic-neuromorphic signal processing, and fiber optics sensor for biomedical, robotics and civil engineering. Dr. Fok has published over 160 journal and conference papers, including 18 invited papers.
