CNMP Submittal Procedure

Producers must submit five (5) copies of their Nutrient Management Plan to the Georgia Department of Agriculture, at the following address:

Georgia Department of Agriculture
Rm. 112, 19 Martin Luther King Drive SW
Atlanta, Georgia 30334-4201

The Georgia Department of Agriculture will review and forward completed copies to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division for approval. A certified copy will be returned to the producer and the plan writer/specialist. Two copies remain in Atlanta.

Any plan that is is found to be incomplete will be returned to the AFO operator (producer) for completion prior to being forwarded to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.
