Research and Development Project Engineering Manager, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation
Denslay's responsibilities include managing the budget and overseeing the work scope for all core R&D efforts; facilitating the Advanced Technology Team (ATT) activities, which vet and align all new technologies to legacy and future product lines; and developing the core engineering collegiate vision and associated collaboration processes. Prior to this position, he was the Project Engineering Manager for the G280 aircraft program. He also has held various positions within the project engineering discipline.
Denslay is a 19-year Gulfstream employee. Before Gulfstream, he served 11 years with General Dynamics, working in engineering management for the Titan Rocket, Atlas Centaur Rocket and the Superconducting Supercollider programs.
Denslay earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northern Arizona University, an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland community college, and a 2-year degree in Diesel Mechanics from Portland Community College.
Denslay is originally from Portland Oregon and has lived in California, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, Louisiana, and Basel Switzerland before deciding to settle in Savannah, Georgia.
